Strong background in medicinal chemistry

Track record of success in applying modern computational methods to drug discovery projects

Minimum of 5 years experience in drug discovery or a closely related environment

Excellent and broad knowledge of industry standard software (eg Tripos, Accelrys)
|
|
Able to lead others and earn the respect of colleagues
|
|
Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written
|
|
Proactive and outgoing
|
|
PhD in Computer Modelling or a relevant subject
|
|
Chemoinfomatics skills an advantage (eg phys chem prediction, database mining ...)
|
Reporting Line: Reports to Section Leader, Exploratory Chemistry
Salary Range: £40,000 - 50,000
